Thank you for your patience as we investigated the promotion issue flagged yesterday. I am pleased to confirm that this has now been resolved and you may safely recommence promotions.
We would also like to announce an enhancement to promotions, which will allow for progress of promotions to be tracked more accurately on the Processes page. As each batch of 1000 files is promoted – and this includes any associated transcripts along with assets – the status bar will now incrementally advance to better illustrate progress of the promotion.
